1. I get extremely hot at night which just causes more pain, tossing and turning, and of course very poor sleep! I have to sleep with a blanket on me to feel comfortable so I found the perfect comforter that is cozy but light enough to not make me sweat!

2. Another one of my favs for sleeping hot! This mini fan clips right to my nightstand, has 3 different speeds, and gives the perfect amount of cool air.

3. This ponytail hat is great for when you just want to throw your hair up and not style it! I love that my high pony or bun can fit out the back!

4. This jumpsuit that’s meant for sleeping in. Omg, I want one in every color! It’s so light and breathable.

5. My favorite mascara! Some days you actually want to look like you didn’t just roll out of bed 🤣. I have tried soooo many mascaras, this is definitely my #1.
